PFC Application Notice
NOTICE AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
The Mobile Airport Authority intends to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to impose a $4.50 Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) and use the revenue for projects associated with the development of the Mobile Regional Airport (Airport). The proposed effective date is November 1, 2018, and is estimated to expire on November 1, 2020. The total estimate of the proposed PFC is $2,952,878.
The public has 30 days from the date of this notice to file comment. The final date for comment is Monday, August 27, 2018. Please submit all comments to Izzy Bonilla by one of the following methods:
