(b) oversight and responsibility for financial reporting, ( c) negotiation of material
contracts; ( d) in-house legal counsel, ( e) management of accounting, banking and
insurance relationships, ( t) oversight of HR benefits, (g) west Africa and Europe
purchasing.

Legal practice was primarily focused on complex business litigation and business and
real estate advice to corporate clients.

Primarily worked on private placements and syndicated bank transactions with the
