Public Notice and Invitation to MAA’s DBE Consultation Meeting on the Proposed DBE Participation 3-Year Goal for FY 2022-2024

In compliance with the Federal Regulations, 49 CFR Part 26, the Mobile Airport Authority is in the process of developing a 3-year Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program goal (FY 2022 – FY 2024). 

I hope you will join us for a consultation meeting to share your views on the proposed DBE goal and to learn about the anticipated federally assisted contracts at MAA.

If you are unable to participate in the consultation meeting and want to provide written comments on the proposed goal, please send all comments or questions to:

The MAA will accept written comments on the goal for 30 days following the date of this notice.  Public comment period will close on December 29, 2022, at 5 p.m.

If no substantive comments are received during the consultation or in writing, then this Notice shall serve as the final overall DBE participation goal for the Federal Fiscal Years cited above.
